About Lucky Go Casino

Who We Are

Lucky Go Casino is operated by Lucky Horizon Interactive, an independent digital entertainment studio founded in 2021 and based in Phoenix, Arizona. We're a casual mobile entertainment studio that has been developing social casino games for the last two years, and Lucky Go Casino is our first and flagship social casino, launched in February 2026.

Our team consists of 44 employees and long-term contractors, split across 8 departments including game development, illustration, animation, product design, quality assurance, community, operations and customer support.

In addition to building the games themselves, the team at Lucky Horizon Interactive has created over 1,300 original visual assets for the platform, including characters, game symbols, backgrounds, animations and interface elements to collect as pieces of artwork.

Our Approach

Our casino offers a variety of games, within well-known themes, that are easy to use, beautifully designed and always updated with fresh content. Games typically progress through 7 stages of production before they're released as part of the Lucky Go Casino monthly update: Concept, Design, Prototyping, Art, Programming, Testing and Release Preparation. A single game can take 8 to 13 weeks of work, while more complex titles with lots of bonus features can take up to 17 weeks to complete.

All of our games are tested for use on a variety of mobile devices, including phones and tablets, across a range of screen sizes, operating systems and hardware configurations.

Our Community

Feedback from players is considered when updating future games for Lucky Go Casino. Since our launch, Lucky Horizon Interactive has amassed more than 13,600 pieces of player feedback through surveys, game ratings, support tickets and community-based discussions. Feedback for new features is reviewed monthly at our product meetings, while larger feature requests are reviewed quarterly at planning meetings. The largest player survey we've conducted so far had 6,777 responses, gathered in July 2026.

Beyond surveys, we have more than 430 active Clubs with over 22,000 players involved in community activity. The largest active Club currently has 450+ members, while the average active Club has around 52+ members. Club Challenges run every week, with Clubs competing against each other to reach shared goals, and players can create their own groups or search for existing ones to take part together.

Development & Updates

We release 8 to 11 games per month to keep building the Lucky Go Casino library, alongside bigger platform improvements on a quarterly basis. Our most recent major update, Update 7, introduced the Lucky Summer Road Trip campaign for August 2026.

Looking Ahead

Over the next 12 to 18 months, we'll be expanding the library of games at Lucky Go Casino to over 230 games, introducing more Club features, helping players find the best games for them, and creating a number of larger collections of connected games. Our roadmap includes 20 feature projects, covering achievement tracking, enhanced player profiles, community features and event types, along with improvements to mobile game performance and technical fixes.

Our Support Department consists of 10 customer support specialists, ready to answer any questions and solve any problems our players may have with their accounts and the platform in general. Our account team handles the more straightforward issues and refers more complex, technical cases to our technical team.
